The challenge with doing High Intensity Interval Training at home is that you need to get it right and you have to exercises with caution. Do not end up hurting yourself or compromising on your diet. Even if you are working out to lose weight, reduce fat intake but increase protein and carbohydrates intake. Now, all you need is a jumping rope.
How to HIIT a Jump Rope
Begin with normal jumps at your own pace. Now, try to make double jumps, at least 10 in a row. Come back to single jumps after you are done with ten and continue with single jumps ten times. Again, start with your double jumps and come back to single jumps alternatively. You need to repeat this at least 5-10 times, according to your experience with HIIT exercises.
