When it comes to personal well-being, what you eat, what you do, how you function and how you think are essential areas of focus.
For a good life, it helps to eat well, get active, stay sharp and be positive. But those 4 areas of critical growth are rounded out by one more – WHY you do any of it at all.
And that’s where we get in happiness, well-being and fulfillment.
We touched on happiness in the mental health section of this site. But happiness for our purposes here goes beyond just being in a good mood.
It’s about being personally and spiritually fulfilled.
Now don’t get scared at the word spiritually. If you’re not religious, it doesn’t have to have religious meaning. If you are religious, it can have religious meaning.
The point is, you have to have a why – a reason for wanting to do.
Now matter how sexy you become through diet and exercise and no matter how successful and wealthy you become through working hard and smart, and no matter how education and informed you are through a better brain, if you’re not fulfilled you won’t be happy.
And if you’re not happy with life, you’re not living your best one.
That’s why it’s important to ask the questions that seemingly relate to the human soul. And to the spiritual.
Fulfillment isn’t an easy task.
But it’s one that you should dedicate yourself to understand and achieve. There are different ideas about what can lead to personal fulfillment and true happiness. And we’ll discuss them here.
In this section we’ll post our latest guides and articles on happiness and fulfillment. Check back soon!
